The Tudor House is the ideal place to base yourself in Chester, in the heart of the City.
It is only a short walk to all that Chester and the Racecourse have to offer. Chester Railway station is one street away and only a short walk to the main bus station.
The ground floor provides the open-plan space with a large kitchen, lounge area and dining area.
All beds are normally in a single configuration unless otherwise specified, but in many instances where arranged in advance, two singles can be combined into a double set.
On the first floor is a large bedroom with king size four poster bed, a dressing area with an additional sofa bed. A further first floor bedroom includes both standard and bunk beds.
The second floor has three further bedrooms each with four beds in each.
The third floor has two further bedrooms, the first sleeping two and the second sleeping three.
The property has a large number of W/C and shower rooms for guests on the various floors.
Once booked, a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible depending on availability.
