All beds are normally in a single configuration unless otherwise specified, but in some instances where arranged in advance, some of the singles can be combined into a double set.
The Lombard House is split across the first and second floor of the building.
The lounge area has a U-shaped sofa and TV together with built-in sofabed.
The kitchen is equipped for short-stay purposes with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and small hob.
Each bedroom can easily accommodate four plus people.
There is one bathroom equipped with three separate showers.

Once booked, a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible depending on availability.
