The property comprises:
A fantastic outdoor hot tub area.
A large and modern living room with flat screen TV and two sofa-beds built into the U shaped seating arrangement.
A large dining room seating a large group, together with a well equipped kitchen.
Three showers across two bathrooms.
Most beds can be changed into singles / doubles – see note below.
The first bedroom based on the main floor sleeps six in single beds.
The second bedroom on the main floor sleeps four in single beds.
The third bedroom on the main floor sleeps four in single beds.
The fourth bedroom on the ground floor sleeps four in single beds.
The lounge includes two double sofa beds.
All beds are made with luxury bedding and are new, comfortable hotel standard beds.
A pre-arrival contract will need to be signed once your booking has been made. CCTV is in use for your safety in all outdoor areas which is not actively recorded.
Beds can be arranged as doubles/singles with prior advance notice.
Please be aware that this is in a residential area so we do expect guests go act with courtesy and consideration to our neighbours.
